Our First Animated Short - STORYBOARDS

Final Draft - Opening with an establishing shot of the "arena", we are introduced to our main character (Girl) leaping out of the way of a monstrous axe swing.

Final Draft - Page 2 - After discarding other camera angles and versions, we decided a side view with the camera following our main character as she climbs up for the blow.

First Draft - Discarded: Too simple action scene, shot continuity incohesion (February 2022)

Second Draft - Discarded: While it is interesting to see the Big Monster try to unstuck its axe while our main character climbs up, giving the feeling that the audience almost hadn't noticed her as well as the Big Monster. We decided to focus more on her.

Final Draft - Page 3 - The final shots were quite final from the very beginning, they are dynamic and clear. With an open ending i hope we get to continue ;)
